About the role: Webshop manager

The Webshop manager is a key position within the digital team to help accelerate our online growth in our focus countries. As a Webshop manager, you’re the shop owner for all websites. You're like a spider on the web, strategically drawing in the right level of traffic that, with a well-tailored offering, can be converted into loyal customers.

Your goal is to increase the revenue and profit of the web shop by increasing conversion rate, traffic and average order value. You will optimize the overall user experience on the websites by offering better propositions in terms of content, customer service, payment and delivery options.

As Webshop manager, you will report directly to the Chief Digital Officer and will be heading up the webshop team, now a team of 2.

What do we expect you to do?

Your key responsibilities include:

• Setup, manage and execute the webshop strategy to achieve optimal revenue and profit target.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website KPIs to provide insights to stakeholders.

• Initiate, manage and execute website projects around the key pillars traffic & conversion.

• Work with our external development partner as product owner: manage and prioritize the backlog, test and approve new features, bug fixing.

• Improve the web shop proposition (customer service, payments, logistics).

• Manage the ecommerce chain internally and externally.

• Manage the webshop team.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, ideally at a direct-to-consumer brand and within an international environment

• An excellent understanding of Shopify & Google Analytics

• A great understanding of the ways to increase traffic (i.e. CRM, SEA & SEO) and boost conversion (i.e. CRO/UX)

You are a team player with a growth hacking mindset and strong commercial skills. You put customers first and are eager to improve the value proposition. You are driven by results but also pay enough attention to details. And off course you love the dynamics and variety that comes with a fast-growing company, with a fantastic, young, and energetic team.
