We design, develop, and distribute high-quality hearing protection products that allow people to enjoy life safely.
Your Role in the R&D Team
You’ll join our Research & Development department, the creative heart of Alpine. This team focuses on product innovation, renovation, and maintenance, constantly improving our product portfolio to meet the needs of consumers around the world.
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and Product Managers, and take ownership of your own tasks within our ongoing projects. Expect a mix of creative concepting, hands-on prototyping, user testing, and project coordination.
Your tasks may include:
Supporting the design and development of new and improved hearing protection products.
Building and testing prototypes to validate technical solutions.
Conducting user tests and collecting insights to drive improvements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to move ideas from concept to market.
Assisting with project management and documentation within the R&D workflow.

Your Impact
Contribute directly to our mission of protecting the hearing of millions worldwide.
Be part of a passionate, international team that’s shaping the future of hearing protection.
See your ideas make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
