 About the role: Product Manager

As Product Manager at Alpine, you’ll own one of our product segments from start to finish - from vision to execution, from insight to launch. You’ll drive growth in sales and market share across regions and channels, blending brand strategy, consumer insight, and hands-on project management.

Alpine offers the broadest range of hearing protection products, spanning diverse segments from music & clubbing and motorsport to sleep, youth, and everyday life. This means your products could tap into very different audiences and use cases, making every project a new opportunity to learn and grow.

You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and discipline: turning ideas into roadmaps, data into action, and cross-functional alignment into real commercial results.

You’ll be part of our growing marketing team, collaborating closely with R&D, On- and offline Sales, Creative & Content and Operations teams to bring meaningful innovations to life.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build and grow your product segment

  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap for your segment, aligned with Alpine’s brand and business goals.

  • Drive segment performance - revenue, margin, and share - across channels and markets.

  • Shape the portfolio architecture (products, packs, pricing) and optimize as the market evolves.

Lead with insights and collaboration

  • Gather and translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into actionable innovation and renovation plans.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects with speed, focus, and quality.

  • Align forecasts and commercial go-to-market plans to ensure flawless availability and launch success.

Deliver innovation hands-on

  • Manage end-to-end execution of all product projects - from concept and testing to production and launch. Whether it’s coordinating workflows, aligning budgets, or making sure the launch hits its deadline — you make things happen.

  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and impactful product content across channels and markets.

  • Guard the quality, compliance, and credibility of your products and claims.

What you bring 

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in product management, brand management or product marketing, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or digital D2C scale-ups.

  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, we welcome all nationalities and backgrounds. (Dutch is a plus)

  • A structured, hands-on, pro-active, entrepreneurial way of working.

  • Curiosity, ambition, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced international scale-up environment.
