Alpine is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our digital team. You will have a key position within the Digital team to unlock growth through one of the most important levers: paid social traffic.

As our Paid Social Specialist at Alpine, you won’t just be managing campaigns - you’ll be shaping the future of our paid social strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind boosting Alpine’s presence across the EU, UK & US. Your mission? Craft eye-catching campaigns, fine-tune ad performance, and spark real engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute data-driven social advertising strategies that unlock growth opportunities using customer insights and market trends.
Create and manage impactful social paid campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) that deliver a consistent and engaging Alpine brand experience.
Relentlessly analyze and optimize campaign performance across all channels to maximize ROI, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum impact.
Actively seek out new developments and trends in social advertising, bringing fresh insights and innovative approaches into Alpine.
Drive teamwork between channels, content creators, and agencies to launch cool campaigns that hit the mark.
Contribute to the company's mission of becoming the #1 brand in hearing protection worldwide and help protect the hearing of millions worldwide
When are you a good fit?
We are looking for someone who combines solid social advertising expertise with a broad, curious mindset. You are passionate about your craft, always eager to learn, and excited to bring new ideas and innovations into the team. You’re results-focused, always looking to achieve more and push the team further. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
You will be part of a senior strategic digital team with specialists in marketplaces, web shops and performance marketing. You will also work closely together with our in-house marketing team and external agencies. The role is part of a growing performance marketing team, led by Ellen den Ouden, within our Digital department.
What do we expect from you?
We need someone with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in paid social media within a B2C environment. In addition, you have:
A strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
A results-focused mindset, always aiming to make impact visible and achieve more
A proactive attitude: you actively seek out what’s new, stay on top of developments, and lead the implementation of valuable innovations.
Eager to operate both strategically and operationally: ready to do the work yourself and, as success grows, to expand the team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
