Job description
About Alpine Hearing Protection
Alpine Hearing Protection is a global leader in hearing care, designing and distributing premium earplugs and noise-reduction headsets across online, offline, and live event channels. With a mission to make hearing protection both accessible and enjoyable, Alpine is the official hearing protection partner of the world's most prestigious motorsport championships: Formula 1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans, and Indy 500.
About the Role
You will own one of the world's most unique motorsport partnership portfolios. From Formula 1 and MotoGP to Le Mans and the Indy 500, you'll be responsible for turning global sponsorship rights into commercial growth, unforgettable fan experiences and measurable business results.
Based at our Global Head Office in Utrecht, or from our French Office in Paris, you will be the single point of accountability for our racing division: managing world-class partnerships with F1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans, and the Indy 500; leading 30+ live event activations per year; and driving commercial performance across every circuit we visit. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for a commercially sharp and operationally rigorous professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments. Your success will be measured by three things: commercial growth, partner satisfaction and flawless execution of our international race calendar. You will also directly manage one team member, supporting their development and ensuring effective delivery across the racing programme. You will report to the Global Events & Venues Director.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
Lead all partnerships across F1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans, Indy 500, and future series — from contract negotiation through to rights delivery and season-long execution against key strategic imperatives.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for all racing partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, activations, and deliverables throughout the year, including financial reporting.
Event Operations & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and lead Alpine's on-site presence at 30+ race events per year across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
Manage the full event lifecycle: logistics, stand setup, staffing, inventory, fan engagement, teardown, and financial control.
Commercial Performance
Own the commercial budget and profitability of Alpine's international racing programme, including on-site sales, digital campaigns and sponsorship activation. Deliver revenue targets and continuously optimise profitability across events and partnerships for both event and digital revenues without compromising quality or impact.
Drive "always-on" engagement strategies beyond key event moments to sustain brand and commercial momentum.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
Work alongside the Digital and Content teams to drive online product sales tied to live event campaigns and integrated experiences across digital, experiential, and content channels.
Ensure seamless customer journeys from trackside discovery to e-commerce conversion.
Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure consistent and locally relevant execution.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Deliver structured, data-driven reporting: event ROI, revenue vs targets, partner satisfaction, operational KPIs, annual evaluations, and resource planning across the full season.
Build and inspire strong cross-functional relationships internally (marketing, digital, PR, commercial) and externally with rights holders and agencies.
What We Offer
This is more than a sponsorship or events role. It's an opportunity to own one of the world's most exciting motorsport partnership portfolios and make a visible impact on a global brand.
Why you'll love this role
Own Alpine's international racing programme with real autonomy and responsibility from day one.
Work with iconic racing championships including Formula 1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans and the Indy 500.
Travel to some of the world's most prestigious motorsport events and be part of the team behind the fan experience.
Join a fast-growing international B Corp where commercial success and positive impact go hand in hand.
Help shape the future of a rapidly growing business with significant international ambitions.
What you'll get
A competitive salary of €50,000–€70,000 (based on a full-time contract, excluding holiday allowance, bonus and pension), depending on your experience.
Performance and event-related bonus opportunities.
A flexible benefits package, including the option to exchange leave days for salary.
A generous training budget and access to GoodHabitz for continuous learning.
A hybrid working setup, including a work-from-home budget.
A solid pension scheme.
Company workouts and lunch twice a week at the office.
Legendary team events, including annual trips and Christmas celebrations.
Free access to Alpine-supported events and festivals.
