About Alpine Hearing Protection

Alpine Hearing Protection is a global leader in hearing care, designing and distributing premium earplugs and noise-reduction headsets across online, offline, and live event channels. With a mission to make hearing protection both accessible and enjoyable, Alpine is the official hearing protection partner of the world's most prestigious motorsport championships: Formula 1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans, and Indy 500.

About the role

In this role you will lead the planning, coördination and execution of Alpine's international motorsport event programme across Formula 1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans and the Indy 500. From logistics and staffing to partner coordination and on-site delivery, you will ensure flawless execution of more than 30 international race events each year. This means you travel. A lot. And this is what you love! From Australia to Japan, and from China to Hungary.

This position is based at our Global Head Office in Utrecht (The Netherlands). Applicants must already reside in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for an event manager “pur sang”. Thereby you are a commercially sharp and operationally rigorous professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments. Your success will be measured by three things: flawless execution of our international race calendar, commercial growth and partner satisfaction. You will also directly manage one team member, supporting their development and ensuring effective delivery across the racing programme. You will report to the Global Events & Venues Director.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Alpine’s global racing event operations across 30+ events annually.

  • Manage key motorsport partnerships from contract to activation and delivery.

  • Drive brand engagement, customer experience, and sales across event and digital channels.

  • Monitor performance through reporting, stakeholder management, and KPI tracking.

  • Own budgets, profitability, and commercial growth of the racing programme.

Job requirements

You have

  • A minimum of 3 years experience coördinating event logistics (internationally).

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively: approximately 60%, including evenings and weekends during race season.

  • Experience with sponsorship, partnerships, licensing or brand activation in an international setting

  • Strong projectmanagement and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers, venues and event staff.

  • Motorsport or sports industry experience is a plus, but strong international event management experience is essential.

Why you'll love this role

  • Own Alpine's international racing programme with real autonomy and responsibility from day one.

  • Work with iconic racing championships including Formula 1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans and the Indy 500.

  • Travel to some of the world's most prestigious motorsport events and be part of the team behind the fan experience.

  • Join a fast-growing international B Corp where commercial success and positive impact go hand in hand.

  • Help shape the future of a rapidly growing business with significant international ambitions.

What you'll get

  • A competitive salary of €50,000–€70,000 (based on a full-time contract, excluding holiday allowance, bonus and pension), depending on your experience.

  • A flexible benefits package, including the option to exchange leave days for salary.

  • A generous training budget and access to GoodHabitz for continuous learning.

  • A hybrid working setup, including a work-from-home budget.

  • A solid pension scheme.

  • Company workouts and lunch twice a week at the office.

  • Legendary team events, including annual trips and Christmas celebrations.

  • Free access to Alpine-supported events and festivals.
