Alpine Hearing Protection is looking for an intern Festivals & Events to join our team starting early 2026 (period January - July, exact period to be agreed).

Are you passionate about festivals, strong in organization, and eager to contribute to hearing protection at the coolest events? Join Alpine Hearing Protection, the premium brand that protects ears at over 130 festivals worldwide, such as Wacken, Lowlands and Rock Werchter.

Our goal? Become the #1 hearing protection brand worldwide.

What will you do?

·       Support sales and brand activation at festivals and events (Alpine PoS stand).

·       Assist with pre-production in the warehouse: packing lists, material checks, counting and replenishing stock.

·       Help with the setup and breakdown of PoS stands on location.

·       Advise visitors on hearing protection; answer questions and handle complaints.

·       Manage materials and basic administration related to sales (cash register, sales reporting).

·       Coordinate with promoters, warehouse, crew and visitors.

·       Report results and learnings to the Project Manager.

·       Support with administration and crew coordination, including preparing briefings for the agency, time registration and processing project results after each festival.

What we’re looking for

·       Bachelor student (Event Management, Leisure, Creative business or similar)

·       Flexible, stress-resistant, hands-on and enthusiastic

·       Willing to work weekends and evenings

·       Driver’s licence B is required
