Job description
JOIN ALPINE HEARING PROTECTION AND HELP BUILD THE WORLD’S LEADING HEARING PROTECTION BRAND
Alpine Hearing Protection is growing rapidly; we’re on a mission to become the global leader in hearing protection with a strong commitment to sustainability—highlighted by our B-Corp certification. Our purpose is clear: to protect as many people as possible from unnecessary hearing damage, so they can enjoy sound for a lifetime. In a world that’s getting louder, harmful noise threatens the health of over 1 billion people—and we’re here to change that.
About the role: Head of People
People are at the heart of everything we do—and as we grow from our current team of 80 to an ambitious 150+, we’re looking for a visionary Head of People to help shape the future of our organization during this exciting international expansion.
In this role, you will be more than an HR leader: you will be an advisor to Alpine’s Management Team, a culture champion, and a driving force behind how our organization grows, evolves, and succeeds across all locations and markets. You will lead our people strategy, focusing on the core challenges: evolving our organizational structure and culture, driving the growth and development of our team, and strengthening the HR function itself to support our ambitions.
As Head of People, you naturally combine big-picture thinking with a hands-on mindset. From attracting exceptional talent to developing leaders, enhancing performance, and creating meaningful employee experiences, you will shape every stage of the employee journey — ensuring our people strategy fuels both individual success and business impact.
Leading and developing a small but highly impactful People team, you will play a pivotal role in creating an environment where people feel connected, inspired, and enabled to do their best work every day.
As Head of People, you report directly to the CFO and are a key member of the Extended Management Team (EMT), with regular participation in Management Team (MT) meetings. This role places you at the heart of strategic decision-making, where your leadership will shape both our people and our future.
