About the role: Digital Designer

As a Digital Designer at Alpine, you will play a key role in scaling our digital content and elevating creative quality across all channels. Your focus will be on crafting high-impact visual assets for performance marketing, e-commerce, and brand campaigns—ensuring every piece of content drives engagement and delivers results.

You thrive on curiosity, practicality, and a hands-on approach to testing, refining, and optimizing content for maximum performance. As a valued member of the Studio team, you will work closely with the Head of Studio, collaborating with marketing and external partners to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality digital assets for our webshop, marketplaces, CRM, and paid & organic social channels 

• Adapting and optimising content across formats and markets—ensuring every piece resonates and performs

• Maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints, aligning with Alpine’s brand guidelines 

• Leveraging AI tools and Photoshop to create and enhance visuals that push creative boundaries

• Developing lightweight motion graphics and simple animations for digital campaigns that engage and inspire 

• Editing and optimizing video content to deliver impact across every channel 

• Contributing your creative eye to art direct photo and video shoots, shaping the visual narrative of our brand.

What do we expect from you?

• Technical mastery — Strong Figma skills, advanced Photoshop (retouching, GIFs, image editing), After Effects for light motion/animation, and Premiere Pro (or similar) for video editing. Experience with shoots, CGI, or AI-driven productions is a strong plus, and photography/videography skills are a bonus.

• Proven experience—Around 5 years in digital design or a similar role, with a background in e-commerce, performance marketing, or fast-paced brand environments preferred.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.

• Hands-on, solution-driven, and always eager to take initiative.

• Comfortable working across teams and channels, with a curiosity to learn new tools, skills, and ways of working.

• Fluent in English (Dutch, French, or German is a plus).
