About the role: CRM Specialist 
We're at the threshold of something big. While we've built a strong foundation with our Klaviyo-based webshop communications, we're sitting on a goldmine of customer data that's waiting to be transformed into meaningful relationships. This is where you come in. 
 

As our CRM specialist you will be part of the digital team which will have the biggest growth potential in the next few years. Within the team you are responsible for the design, execution and coordination of campaigns aimed at our consumer groups in order to grow their loyalty to Alpine Hearing Protection. 

You'll have the unique opportunity to: 

• Build our CRM strategy from the ground up, leveraging customer insights and identifying new business opportunities in the hearing protection market 

• Drive sustainable growth of our customer database through targeted acquisition campaigns and retention strategies

• Create and implement an integrated communication approach across email, web, social, and other channels that speaks to our diverse customer base 

• Design and launch customer journey communications that reflect key moments in our customers' hearing protection journey 

• Develop a comprehensive customer lifecycle dashboard to track and optimize our relationship-building efforts

Alpine is looking for a CRM enthusiast with an energetic, driven, and strong personality who can thrive in a fast-growing and constantly innovating organization. You will be part of a senior strategic digital team with specialists in performance marketing, marketplaces and web shop. What do we expect from you? 

The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in CRM management. You are data-driven, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher. 

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience. 

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you love running projects from start to finish. 

• A "test & learn" mentality, always looking for ways to optimize and improve. 

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful CRM programs, preferably in a B2C environment. 

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform.
